David “Dave” Douglas,
CEO, Adlinc

Adlinc stands on the solid foundation of the remarkable journey of our founder and CEO, David Douglas. His expansive corporate career working for global giants, and ownership of multiple businesses, helped him amass experience in various industries while honing his business acumen. He brought this wealth of knowledge and experience to Adlinc.

Although Dave’s journey took him all around the world, including Canada and the US, he has always stayed true to his Jamaican roots. This has fueled his dedication to creating a company in Jamaica that not only provides jobs, but one that aims to be a premier employer in the country. He is passionate about showcasing to the world the exceptional level of expertise, education and skill that can be provided by Jamaicans. As such, he carefully selected his team with the intention of leveraging their experience to provide innovative solutions unlike that seen in other outsourcing companies.
